- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Fresh coriander (cilantro) for garnish
- 1/2 cup water (if needed)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Pan or skillet

Preparation Steps:
Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Cook the Chicken:
