- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
- 2-3 green chillies, slit
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions for garnish

Preparation Steps
- Batter Preparation: In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Frying Cauliflower: Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the battered cauliflower until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Making the Sauce: In another pan, sauté onions and bell peppers. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, and green chillies. Cook for a few minutes.
- Combining: Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Garnishing: Garnish with chopped spring onions.
